Price

Remarks:

• Prices are per apartment and per day for 2 people.
• For each additional adult person we charge +18 € per day.
• Child rate: children up to 3 years can stay for free. Depending on the number of children and their age there will be discounted rates. Please make an inquiry! We will provide a tailor made offer.
• Upon arrival the apartment will be available after 3 p.m.
• The apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. on departure day.
• On request we will provide fresh bread every morning.
• Smoke free apartments. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies but not indoors.
• The price includes: bed linen, towels, cleaning fees, weekly change of bed sheets, electricity and heating, free WiFi internet.
•  We regret that pets are not allowed.

Our Booking conditions

We are pleased that you have decided to spend your holiday with us! After your written reservation and the receipt of our booking confirmation, a deposit 30% of the total booking price required to book your apartment bindingly. As reason for payment, please specify “deposit for apartment“, your family name and booking period. In the case that something unforeseen happens, and you should be unable to begin your vacation, the following conditions will apply:

• Until 3 month before arrival the cancellation will be free of charge.
• From 3 month till up to 4 weeks before arrival we charge you 40 % of the total price.
• Within 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee will be 70 % of the total price.
• In case of early departure and late arrival, the original number of nights booked will be fully charge.
• The aforementioned conditions do not apply to the deposit, which may be withheld in any case.
